Production Week Schedule

Welcome to the new AST Musical blog. I figured this was the easiest way for parents to check in on rehearsals, and ALL the information I need to be communicating home right now regarding the musical.

Right now, I'd like to take the time to post next week's Production Week Schedule. It is VERY important that students are there for EVERY rehearsal/show. If a student has a conflict with a basketball game, dance class, karate class, etc. please have them miss that one week of whatever it is so that they may be there for the rehearsals. They are VERY important.

If a student has a game or something else on the same night but it does NOT conflict with the rehearsals or shows then they may participate in both.

Here is the schedule for NEXT WEEK:

• Monday, May 10: Technical Rehearsal: ALL students rehearse in the gym (2:30-5:00pm)
  


• Tuesday, May 11: Dress Rehearsal: ALL students do FULL run of the show WITH costumes (2:30-5:00pm)
  


• Wednesday, May 12: Practice Performance for AST English Courses. Performance from 5:30 until 7:00pm(?). ALL students must be there at 4:30pm.
  


• Thursday, May 13: Performance Night. Doors close at 7:00pm. ALL students must be there by 6:00pm
  


• Friday, May 14: Performance Night. Doors close at 7:00pm. ALL students must be there by 6:00pm

Please make sure students are at rehearsals on time as time is VERY valuable at this point.
